Digitaldevices are industry changes because they have totally revolutionizedthe way that business operations are conducted in the 21st century.This is in many spheres of business such as transport, communication,manufacturing among others, all of which have significantly helped inthe attainment of millennium development goals as well as other goalsset by various governments globally. iPhone and other digitaldevices have made sales and marketing easier, facilitated access todata and information by both firms and customers and have madecommunication easier and faster.
